The Life Path Number

The Life Path Number in Numerology reveals the plot to a soul’s purpose on Earth. If an incarnation was viewed as a school with many subjects, then the Life Path Number could be seen as the subjects and lessons a soul chose to learn, and potentially master.

The Life Path Number shows the stage of development or cycle of consciousness the soul is experiencing. In each stage of development, consciousness seeks to awaken to itself in a unique way, through specific avenues and experiences, depending on the cycle taking place. Each stage or cycle has a mission, with many different directions to take and explore.

This equation is found through one's birthday and has been considered one of the most important placements in one's core numbers. The Life Path Number cannot be changed or modified unlike placements. It’s found by adding together one's birthday, and gives insight into one's mission, life themes, challenges, tests and powers while on Earth. Vocation can also be revealed, as well as gifts that are given to aid in accomplishing the chosen destiny.
